How we are Funded
Scenography – The Theatre Design Website is a run by The Online Society of Theatre Designers and Scenographers: a non-profit organisation that offers theatre designers, scenographers, theatre arts professionals and higher education students free online portfolios to display work and communicate. The society is entirely funded by private and commercial sponsorship, advertising and referral profits from our amazon bookstore.
The site and the society is run by unpaid volunteers.
Where does the money go?
All of the money raised from private donations, sponsorship, advertisements and referral profits from bookstore sales goes directly into the running, maintenance and development costs associated with the website.
Currently we are raising money to complete the next step in the development of our Theatre Design Portfolios.
