PQ Flooded!

Saturday, June 16th, 2007

Heavy rain and hail flooded some parts of the national exhibits yesterday, while the cooling showers were a bonus for most in and around the PQ a number of the national and school exhibitors found themselves rescuing model boxes and costumes from the rain. At close of day yesterday it was unclear as to whether the schools exhibit would reopen for Saturday but the hard work of the volounteers and in some cases visitors who lent a hand paid off and the PQ is fully open today.
